Q: Do I need to prepare anything before a joint session?
A: Just bring your authentic self—we’ll guide you through the rest.

Q: How long are double sessions?
A: Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes depending on the package.

Q: Can I start with both of you and then work with just one after?
A: Absolutely. Many clients begin with our Double Glow sessions and then choose to continue with individual support. Garna offers ongoing 1:1 life coaching sessions that can be scheduled directly through her website. Antoinette is also available for individual sessions by special request. Clients are always welcome to continue working with both of us as well.

Q: Are these virtual or in-person?
A: Sessions are virtual so you can join from anywhere. In-person opportunities may be offered at retreats or events.
