At Own Ur Grown, we care about the experience our customers and clients have with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to reach out so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Product Purchases

If you receive a product and believe there is an issue with the quality, condition, or order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Because many of our products are made to order, refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. When reviewing requests, we may consider factors such as:

  • Product condition

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damage during shipping

  • Quality concerns

We may request photos or additional information to help review the issue.

Our goal is to be fair and reasonable while also protecting our small business from misuse of our policies.

Coaching Sessions and Services

Coaching sessions and services are non-refundable once completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests when notice is provided.

Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

Situational Review

At Own Ur Grown, we understand that circumstances can vary. Any refund or replacement requests will be reviewed individually, and we aim to handle each situation with fairness and understanding.
