Own Ur Grown

Our Story

We are Antoinette and Garna, two sisters who have been encouraging each other to stay strong, embrace our authentic selves, and celebrate every win for years. Watching each other grow and thrive sparked a shared passion: we love seeing other women rise, prosper, and own their truth.

Together, we decided it was time to take our mission public—and Own Ur Grown (OUG) was born. What started as creating t-shirts and fun merchandise for family and friends evolved into a movement designed to bless, encourage, and empower women everywhere. This isn’t just about giving encouragement—it’s about creating meaningful change.

Like always, we continue to lift each other up, and now we’re inviting you to join us. Together, we’re stronger, bolder, and ready to spread love, empowerment, and the courage to OWN YOUR GROWN.

Why OUG Exists

For too long, we were told that confidence, freedom, and comfort in our own skin came later in life—like we had to wait until we were 50 to finally stand in our truth. But we know better.

Own Ur Grown exists to remind women that true growth, strength, and self-expression begin now. It’s about saying what you mean, meaning what you say, setting boundaries without guilt, and walking through life boldly and unapologetically.

We believe every woman deserves to feel empowered, to shine unapologetically, and to live life on her own terms.

Our Unique Strengths

Together, we bring dual perspectives, double support, and unstoppable sisterhood energy—helping women heal, grow, and sparkle in every season of life.

Antoinette: Superstar wife and mom raising children on the spectrum, Antoinette creates a safe, compassionate space for parents to learn, share, and grow. Through everyday conversations with women, she offers real-life encouragement, practical guidance, and understanding drawn from personal experience. She helps women — moms and wives alike — navigate challenges and celebrate every win along the way.

Garna: Focused on trauma healing, self-worth activation, and confidence embodiment. Using the butterfly life cycle as a metaphor for transformation, Garna guides women to reclaim their voice, practice radical self-care, and rise into their most empowered selves.
